Our key holding package involves holding 3 sets of keys for your property. These keys will be coded and held securely in our offices and access to them controlled by our management.

We can arrange for one of our team to be at your property to meet visitors and tradesman. For waiting for tradesmen or deliveries our call out service is 20 euros per visit plus 15 euros per hour thereafter.

Your keys will ONLY be given to people for whom we have your written consent to do so.

We will only accept responsibility for the security of your property providing we are the sole key holders. Aside from the property owner who should retain master keys.

Where property has an alarm system. All codes or fobs should be provided to us and tested on signing of agreement.
