Never under estimate the importance of having a clean, well maintained property on the rental market.

Your property will be thoroughly cleaned throughout, including cooker and appliances. We will check the fridge, removing all perishable food and ensure that it is clean and welcoming for your next guest. Beds will be stripped and remade. Bed linen and towels will be taken away, washed, ironed and returned to your property. Our prices include a high standard of clean and cleaning materials.

We will only accept responsibility for the security of your property providing we are the sole key holders. Aside from the property owner who should retain master keys.

Where property has an alarm system. All codes or fobs should be provided to us and tested on signing of agreement.

Spring / Pre / Post Season Clean

This is advisable at the beginning and end of the holiday season. This clean involves:

• Sweep and mop floors
• Dust furniture and shelving
• Spot clean marks
• Clean kitchen cupboards inside and out
• Defrost fridge freezer
• Clean kitchen hob, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and wall tiles
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and wall tiles
• Sweep and wash terraces
• Clean windows inside and out where practicable
• Clean all ceiling fans

Change Over  Clean

• Empty and remove all rubbish and perishable food
• Removal of all dirty linen
• Open and air property
• Sweep and wash floors
• Replace toilet rolls and bin liners
• Clean kitchen and appliances
• Clean Bathrooms
• Sweep balconies and patios
• Provide a report of any damage or findings

Our fees are to be agreed but typically are 60 euro for 2 bed apt. 80 euro for 3 bed apt.
