BRONZE MANAGEMENT CONTRACT
Our Bronze Management Contract annual fee is €350 per annum
The Bronze Management package includes:

Key holding as well as regular property Inspections. We will hold the keys of your property in our office and upon request make them available to visiting guests or tradesmen.

It’s the owner’s responsibility to make sure that the property and its contents are properly insured against any damage or theft. Amber & Andrew can provide insurance assistance upon request.

SILVER  MANAGEMENT CONTRACT
Our Silver Management Contract annual fee is €450 per annum and includes all as bronze above plus:  Advertising on our holiday rental sites.

GOLD  MANAGEMENT CONTRACT
Our Gold Management Contract annual fee is €550 per annum and includes all as bronze  above plus:  Advertising on our holiday rental sites + Advertising on Top holiday web sites

PLATINUM MANAGEMENT CONTRACT

Our Platinum Management Contract annual fee is €900 per annum and includes all as bronze above plus:  Advertising on our holiday rental sites + Advertising on Top holiday web sites + Priority marketing which is as a standalone item would cost €750 per annum. This option gives maximum rental bookings.
